DW-HS full-auto heat sealing & cutting machine for T-shirt bag is designed with 5.7” Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and installed with Germany color mark sensor, PLC programming device and Japanese Panasonic servo motor. The side plate is made from steel and surface with high hardness & high heat treatment, by fixing the axial bearing, to guarantee high precision, high reliability and high efficiency. The output could reach above 120 bags with unit length 500mm per minute. The sealing cutter frame is alternate type, making sealing cutter and cutting knife maintenance more convenient.
